I got these because I was told I am pre diabetic so I thought this would be a good thing to have and kind of keep track of things. I have tested a few times now and am happy to say that I am in the normal range most of the time. I tried both with saliva and urine and found it to be much easier to do with urine. (spitting into a spoon just isn't my thing) I have also tasted our water at home and found it to be on the high side so now we have a water filter and will no longer be drinking tap water at our house. I plan to check my son and husband as well just to see what the results are. I like that they have the result window right on the back to it is easy to get to and find.
