I love that you get the both the tape measure and body fat tester all in one. I have been working out and eating better so having this these tools to go along with the scale are nice.
I love the tape measure it is much better than any I have found before and is well made.
I have never used a body fat tester before but this one was easy to use and showed me I still have work to do!
